This suggests that coffee consumption may be linked to a reduced risk of dementia or AD, potentially due to caffeine’s effects, antioxidant properties, or its ability to enhance insulin sensitivity. These findings could pave the way for strategies aimed at preventing or delaying the onset of dementia or AD.
